De \u00e9\u00e9n noemt hen manager, de ander leidinggevende, co\u00f6rdinator of teamleider. Intern hebben deze managers een sleutelpositie richting bestuurders. Ze helpen een samenwerkingsvisie te vertalen naar de praktijk, ze zijn er ook om te adviseren en te escaleren waar nodig. Tegelijkertijd sturen ze een (al dan niet eigen) team van professionals aan. <em>Extern<\/em> werken zij samen met peers om de samenwerking vorm en slagkracht te geven.<\/h3>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-467ac54 opsomming elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"467ac54\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Maar dat gaat niet vanzelf! Adviseurs Reinanke Haagsma en Jolijn Uittenbogaard gingen eerder in gesprek met managers in samenwerkingsverbanden en ontdekten vijf prangende uitdagingen die managers regelmatig ervaren:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Hoe ga ik om met de onvoorspelbare tijdsinvestering van samenwerkingsverbanden?<\/li>\n<li>Hoe zorg ik dat ik met een heldere opdracht op pad ga in een samenwerking?<\/li>\n<li>Hoe oefen ik invloed uit op wie er aan de samenwerkingstafel zitten?<\/li>\n<li>Hoe bepaal ik mijn rol in een samenwerkingsverband?<\/li>\n<li>Hoe ga ik om met <em>supersplit loyalties<\/em> in een samenwerkingsverband?<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Voor de workshop vertaalden ze deze uitdagingen naar een aantal prikkelende stellingen. Tijd om kleur te bekennen voor de dertig deelnemers! Als je met een manager kunt sparren, kunnen medewerkers aan de samenwerkingstafel nog beter excelleren. Die functie is dus waardevol.<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"elementor-icon-list-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-icon-list-icon\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<i aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"fas fa-long-arrow-alt-right\"><\/i>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-icon-list-text\">Medewerkers komen ook met solidariteitsvragen bij een manager. Het belang daarvan moet je niet onderschatten. Een manager kan dan echt de helpende hand reiken.<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"elementor-icon-list-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-icon-list-icon\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<i aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"fas fa-long-arrow-alt-right\"><\/i>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-icon-list-text\">Onmisbaar, al zijn leidinggevenden vaak onderdeel van het probleem. Je hoopt op zelfsturende netwerken en teams, maar dat is lastig in de praktijk.
